Fried noodles with green beans
Overview
From snacks to home-cooked meals, it contains vegetables, eggs, meat and noodles. It is very nutritious and suitable for eating when you are lazy and don’t want to fry all kinds of troublesome dishes. I usually make another pot of porridge when making fried noodles. Today I made millet porridge. The thin rice porridge is very greasy.

Wash the beans and remove the tendons.

Cut the beans diagonally into shreds.

Finely chop onion and ginger.

Beat the eggs with a little salt and chopped green onion.

Add the minced onions and ginger to the pot, add the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color.

Add the beans and stir-fry until the beans soften slightly. Add chicken essence and salt. It will be slightly saltier than usual.

Shake the fried noodles and spread them flatly on the beans, pour a bowl of water over them, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Don't make the soup too dry, turn off the heat, add eggs, pour in sesame oil and mix well while it's still hot.
