Stir-fried pork sausage
Overview
Fat intestines are not often seen in my house, not because I don’t like to eat them, but because I am too lazy to clean them up, and I am afraid that the ones I buy will be dirty and smelly. The most popular ones eaten outside are stir-fried fat intestines and stewed fat intestines. It was also because of the Chinese New Year, so I was usually too lazy to cook. In the name of the Chinese New Year, I bought a lot of sausages to satisfy my appetite. Pig large intestine is cold in nature and sweet in taste; it has the functions of moistening the intestines, removing wind-heat in the lower part of the body, and stopping frequent urination. Pig large intestine has the effects of moistening dryness, replenishing deficiency, quenching thirst and stopping bleeding. It can be used to treat symptoms such as weakness and thirst, anal prolapse, hemorrhoids, bloody stools, and constipation.
