Remove the internal organs from the scallops and wash away the sediment (you can use a knife to remove the internal organs, and a spoon can also cut the scallops)

Chop onions, ginger, garlic, and pepper. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 20 minutes and set aside

Saute minced garlic until fragrant

Sautéed minced garlic + rice pepper + steamed fish soy sauce + a small amount of light soy sauce

Place vermicelli and scallop meat on top, pour on the sauce and finally add shredded ginger

Steam over high heat for 5 to 6 minutes
