Braised opium fish with soy sauce
Overview
Today I met fresh opium fish at Fish Food. The meat is tender and white, and it tastes delicious and plump. In fact, whether it is steamed, braised in braised sauce, or braised in sauce, it is always delicious. It is rare to encounter fresh fish during the fish season. In order to better savor the taste, I simmered it in sauce today. Fresh fish is best served with pancakes. This is also the favorite dish of people in our hometown.
