Purple Rice Banana Sandwich
Overview
One day's breakfast---Purple rice banana sandwich, the preparation is very simple, but the taste is uncompromising. I have published a similar article before. This time I used purple rice toast. Because of the addition of cinnamon, the taste is particularly rich. Paired with a cup of purple sweet potato rice cereal, a medium-boiled poached egg, topped with extremely fresh flavor, sprinkled with black pepper and minced chives, it is very delicious.

Prepare two pieces of purple rice toast and cut into squares.

Cut an appropriate amount of butter and melt it in a pot. Add a little sugar and melt over medium-low heat until it turns into a light syrup color. Peel the banana and cut it into evenly thick pieces, spread it flat in a non-stick pan and fry until both sides are lightly browned.
