Steam the pepper until soft, or chop it directly. It is faster to cook and has a more delicate texture after steaming.

Chop the peppers and finely mince the garlic and ginger.

Add the sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry, then add the chili and ginger and stir-fry briefly, and finally add the garlic. Fry for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

If you don’t like sweet noodle sauce, you can use regular sauce instead. If you want it to be sweeter and sour, you can add tomatoes or a little white vinegar. You can also adjust it according to your favorite taste.
