Open all the holes in the eggs and let out the egg whites.
-
Use a small spoon to pour the mixed glutinous rice into the eggs. Shake while filling so that the glutinous rice is filled into the eggs as evenly as possible.

Put everything into the steamer.

If you don’t have much to cook, put a plate in the middle of the steamer and steam it like this!

Put enough water in the pot, steam over high heat for 50 to 60 minutes, and the soft, waxy and salty local eggs will be out of the pot!
