Boiled Fish-Longli Fish Healthy Version
Overview
Boiled fish - a classic Sichuan dish, but Sichuan food is numb and spicy. Every time I eat it in a restaurant, I get runny noses and tears, and my mouth becomes dry after eating. It is different when you make it at home. You can make it less spicy, less hemp, less oil and no chicken essence. It is delicious and healthy.

Steps
-
Fish fillets can be cut diagonally.
-
Marinate the fish with salt, pepper, ginger, cooking wine and starch.
-
Blanch the lettuce and place on a plate.
-
Blanch the enoki mushrooms and place on a plate.
-
Heat oil in a pot and sauté chili, ginger, garlic, and bean paste. My peppers are not cut, so they are not that spicy. If you want it to be spicier, you can add more peppers and cut them all to make it easier to taste.
-
After the peppers are fried, add water, then add the fish fillets and cook the fish fillets.
-
After the fish fillets are cooked, place them on top of the lettuce and enoki mushrooms. Sprinkle the fish fillets with garlic and pepper. If you like it spicy, add chili pepper and pour hot oil over it.
