Raisin bread
Overview
The bread I made a few days ago was very popular. Even the food we get in our store is not enough to eat. Carrying it every day is not enough. Colleagues next door came to ask about food. Two colleagues also said that they bought the materials and asked me to help them make them and bring them over. Ever since I got a bread machine, I have been obsessed with baking.

Materials are ready.

Add olive oil and eggs to the bread machine. white sugar. salt. Clear water. Stir it up a little.

Add milk powder.

Sift in high-gluten flour. Make a hole in the middle and sprinkle in yeast powder.

Put the bread machine bucket into the bread machine.

Start the kneading process for 30 minutes. If the dough does not come out, knead for another 15 minutes.

After the noodles are mixed, put them into a large clean basin.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment.

Just ferment until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into six smaller pieces of equal weight. Use a scale to measure. Then use a rolling pin to roll out the air bubbles.

Then roll it into an oval and sprinkle raisins evenly on top. Then roll it in evenly.

Do all three in sequence. The small baking pan won't hold that much. I used the other three to roll into bun-form bread. The bag in the middle is also made of grapes. Cover with plastic wrap to ferment.

Preheat the oven to 130°.

Bake in the middle layer at 125° for 25 minutes.

Take it out, brush with some egg wash and continue baking for 10 minutes.
