Prepare the materials, wash the ingredients and set aside

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about half an hour. After the cooked pig tongue cools, you can directly slice it and eat it as a cold dish

Slice cucumber, mushrooms, lotus root, and pig tongue
