Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture (soak the vermicelli in hot water in advance until soft).

Put the beef brisket soup and duck blood into the pot and add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Add the cabbage and cook.

Finally add the vermicelli and cook for one minute (soaked vermicelli will cook easily).

Test the taste, if not enough then add seasoning.
