Try making Cantonese-style Northeastern cuisine---Stewed Chicken with Cabbage and Vermicelli
Overview
There are a lot of Northeastern dishes in the streets and alleys. I really like the dishes there, but they taste a bit salty. When I went to eat, I carefully reviewed them and decided to go home and try them out.

Slice ginger and cut Chinese cabbage into strips

Vermicelli (I chose sweet potato vermicelli), chopped green onion

Chopped chicken

Heat a pan, pour oil, add chicken pieces and fry until fragrant

Fry the chicken pieces on both sides until fragrant, add the cabbage strips and stir-fry until soft

Pour in hot water, and after the water boils, add vermicelli
