  1. Wash the onions and cut into slices. (Don’t cut it too finely, otherwise there will be no onion flavor after frying)

  3. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and chili powder to a bowl and stir evenly.

  7. Stick with a little more bread crumbs. (Just use the most common bread crumbs)

  8. Turn on the pot, heat the oil, put the onion rings into the pot one by one, and fry over low heat for about 2 minutes. (It’s better to fry 3 to 4 pieces together)
