Then use a small brush to scrub the crabs under running water, then put them in a bucket without water for 1 hour, and spit out the excess water.

  6. Put the hairy crabs into a large bowl, pour 300 ml of high-strength white wine, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Then put all the hairy crabs into the container, cover the lid, (the pickling juice must cover the hairy crabs) and refrigerate for more than 5 days before eating.
