I haven’t updated the recipe for a long time, I’ve been too busy lately. Looking at the big bag of sweet potatoes, I remembered the popular crock pot skinless roasted sweet potatoes at home when I was in school. I just moved and got a new oven. Get it together quickly

I chose four sweet potatoes of similar size, washed them and set aside

Serve in steamer. Pour cold water into the pot. Using the method of steaming first and then baking can greatly save time

This size requires steaming for at least 20 minutes. Determine steaming time according to size. The big one takes at least thirty minutes, and the medium one takes about twenty minutes. Small, thin fifteen minutes. It takes about seven to mature. The rest can be done in the oven.

Place on baking sheet ready for oven. The oven needs to be preheated first

First bake in a hot air pan at 200 degrees for ten minutes to make the surface look beautiful. Then turn to 150 degrees for baking. The medium size one I used this time took 40 minutes to bake.
