Remove the shells from the preserved eggs and set aside!

Cut the prepared preserved eggs and place them on a plate for later use!

Wash and chop the peppers, stir-fry over low heat until raw and set aside!

Add light soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onion, chili oil, pepper oil, and rice vinegar to the stir-fried peppers, mix well and set aside!

Just pour the seasoned pepper onto the preserved eggs and that’s it!
