Overview
Ever since I learned ChefJohn’s corn chop recipe. Using chopped corn as the main body, combined with refrigerator materials and supermarket stocks, we have summarized more ingredients and side dishes of chopped corn. It is also good for lunch. Working people can also prepare the vegetables at home and put them in a thermos bottle to take back to work for lunch.

Put the minced meat in a pot and stir out the water, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of Sichuan pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, stir into small pieces until slightly dry, and set aside;
