Longli fish tofu pot

Dice lactone tofu.

Cut the Longli fish into small pieces, add a little salt and black pepper, mix well and marinate for about ten minutes.

Dice the tomatoes and blanch the green beans in a pot of boiling water and set aside.

Slice onion, ginger, garlic, and cut dry red pepper into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the Longli fish and stir-fry until it changes color and set aside.

Leave the remaining oil and stir-fry the onion, ginger, garlic, and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Pour in diced tomatoes and stir-fry evenly, add tomato paste and stir-fry until the color develops, add salt, light soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Add the blanched green beans.

Add the diced tofu, diced Longli fish and simmer over low heat for about 4-5 minutes.
