Pour milk into the cup

Crack the eggs into a bowl, two yolks and one egg white, leaving one egg white unused

Pour in sugar and mix well

Beat the sugar and egg liquid with a whisk

Heat the milk in the microwave for 2 minutes and take it out

Use chopsticks to pick out the milk skin

Pour in matcha powder

Stir it into matcha milk

Pour the matcha milk into the egg mixture and stir well. Add it while stirring, otherwise it will become egg drop soup

Stir well to make matcha pudding liquid

Prepare the sieve for filtering

Filter once

Filter again and repeat twice in total to make the liquid smooth

Pour into the prepared pudding bottle and declare! Bottles need to be boiled in boiling water beforehand

Wrap the mouth of the bottle with tin foil to prevent water vapor from entering
