Of course, some say to soak it in salt water for a while before frying, some say not to add chicken essence, and some say to fry it first!   1. Peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces;

  3. Pour in the loofah and stir-fry for a while; *Luffa is easy to cook, maybe because the firepower at home is not enough, it seems impossible to fry it directly, and no water comes out of it;
