Rosette Sausage Pizza
Overview
Chatting with a foreign neighbor in the community, he introduced me to the Miguel Farm mozzarella cheese they often use. It is fragrant and tasteful, so I made this delicious rose sausage pizza.

Mix all the pizza base ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough;

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size;

Take out the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes, then use a rolling pin to roll it into a thick round piece;

Use a cookie cutter to press into small discs;

Press every five rounds together and put a piece of sausage (choose a thin sausage, if not cut into thin strips);

Roll it into a tube shape, cut it in the middle with a knife and set aside, complete each one like this;

Knead the remaining leftovers into dough, roll it into a large round piece, and place it on a baking sheet to form a pizza base;

Dip the bottom of the cut side with water to form a lace;

Use a fork to poke holes in the pizza;

Spread pizza sauce;

Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese and cheese powder;

Add appropriate amount of sausage and green beans;

Place in the middle shelf of a preheated 220-degree oven and heat up and down for 20 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and milk powder for the last 5 minutes until the baking is complete;
