Wash the crayfish and remove the head and feet

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant

Add crayfish and stir-fry evenly

Pour beer

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, remember to stir-fry twice

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly

Reduce the sauce over high heat until the soup thickens

Plate and sprinkle with coriander.
