  1. Wash the crayfish and remove the head and feet

  2. Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant

  4. Add onion, ginger and lobster seasoning

  5. Bagged Garlic Flavored Lobster Sauce

  6. Add crayfish and stir-fry evenly

  7. Pour beer

  8. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, remember to stir-fry twice

  9. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly

  10. Reduce the sauce over high heat until the soup thickens

  11. Plate and sprinkle with coriander.
