Prepare the ingredients in the picture, brine juice, chicken feet, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, dried chili, and rock sugar

After boiling water, add chicken feet, add cooking wine and cook for a minute or two to remove blood foam

Rinse the chicken feet that have been drained and set aside

Take a clean casserole, add the above required ingredients and mix together

Then add an appropriate amount of water to make brine. The amount of water is about 600ML

Place the casserole on the gas stove, boil the water, put the drained chicken feet on top, and simmer over low heat for 12 minutes
