Dandelion Egg Pancake

There were a lot of dandelions growing in the yard. I didn’t want to go out, so I dug them up to make delicious food.

Blanched dandelions.

Finely chop the dandelion.

Beat eggs with salt and white pepper.

Add milk and mix well.

Sift in flour.

Mix well.

Add the dandelion and mix well.

Grease a 10-inch nonstick pan.

Pour in 2 ladles of batter, spread it thinly, and fry over low heat until slightly solidified.

Flip and fry.

Turn over again. (You don’t have to translate it.)

Just fold it. (You can fry it crispy according to your own preference.)
