Fried ham with wild rice noodles
Overview
Water bamboo shoots are also called: water bamboo shoots, water bamboo shoots, foot white bamboo shoots, wild rice, wild vegetables, and bamboo shoots. In the Jianghuai region, they are called wild rice (high) melons, and in the southern region, they are called high bamboo shoots. Whenever wild rice is in season, I can't help but buy some and cook it. I really like its crisp, tender and sweet texture. When cooking with it, the rice is put aside. After eating a bowl of vegetables, it is super satisfying. When I look back and think of the rice, I am full.
