The restaurant's dry stir-fry is made by boiling it in oil and then drying it. The improved version made at home is also very delicious and healthier by blanching it in water and then drying it.

Prepare, green beans, garlic, dried chilies.

The green beans are very tender and have no tendons. Clean them and blanch them in a pot of boiling water.
