Overview
This is a magical toast. The soft bread is wrapped with fragrant cocoa sponge cake. The bread and cake are perfectly combined for a double taste enjoyment!

Knead all ingredients except yeast and butter until a thick film forms, add yeast and butter and knead until a thin film forms

Ferment until 1.5 times in size

Deflate the dough and roll it into a round shape

Put in toast box

Place in the oven and ferment until 5 minutes full

While the bread is fermenting, start preparing the cake batter. Add the egg whites to the sugar in 3 batches and beat until dry peaks form

Pour the cocoa batter into the cake batter and mix evenly

Pour the dough into the toast box

Place in the preheated oven on the bottom shelf and heat up and down to 160 degrees for 40 minutes
