Wash and cut the side dishes separately.

Cut off the old stems of enoki mushrooms, break them apart, soak them in rice washing water for 15 minutes, then wash them with clean water, drain them and set aside.

Prepare a large flat plate in advance and spread out the enoki mushrooms.

Boil water in a steamer and steam for 6 minutes. (Depending on the thickness of the spread enoki mushrooms)

Remove the enoki mushrooms and pour off excess water from the plate.

Sprinkle with chopped chives.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color. Add salt, chicken powder, sugar and red peppercorns and stir-fry. Finally, add a little oyster sauce to color the minced meat.

Pour the oil strips over the hot mushrooms, place the minced meat in the center and garnish with mint. Finished product pictures.
