Coconut glutinous rice rolls

I have a bad appetite in summer, so I want to change my taste~~ I still have some glutinous rice flour at home, so I quickly made it!

Steps

  1. Appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour. Add warm water and make a dough.

  2. Coat the inside of the plate with sesame oil. Place the dough on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and place in the steamer. Poke a few small holes in the cling film with a toothpick.

  3. The glutinous rice is ready and sticky.

  4. Roll into a flatbread.

  5. Sprinkle some grated coconut so it won't stick to your hands.

  6. Add red bean paste.

  7. Flatten the bean paste with a spoon and roll it into rolls.

  8. Just cut it open.
