Mango yogurt mousse
Overview
The child's aunt sent a big mango. It was very sweet and juicy, but my husband didn't dare to eat more for fear of allergies, and the baby at home refused to eat it after a few bites! Hey, don't waste it, make it into mousse. I've wanted to make mango mousse cake for a long time, and this mango is just right for it. Sure enough, the cake was much more popular after it was made. It was a small 6-inch cake and the whole family could make it in one go, haha!
