Slice the white radish, add salt, marinate for half an hour, drain out the water. Rinse with clean water and squeeze dry for later use.

Pour purple cabbage juice into radish slices.

The magic moment comes, add white vinegar and it instantly turns into a beautiful color. The color will be darker after soaking for a while.
