Overview

This is the method taught by my mother, but I improved it to make it more beautiful and delicious. Mom said I did a good job and it tasted better than hers! So happy!

  1. Slice the white radish, add salt, marinate for half an hour, drain out the water. Rinse with clean water and squeeze dry for later use.

  2. Pour purple cabbage juice into radish slices.

  3. The magic moment comes, add white vinegar and it instantly turns into a beautiful color. The color will be darker after soaking for a while.

  4. Put the colored radish slices into the jar.

  5. Pour in the water mixed with cold boiled water, chicken essence, white vinegar and white sugar.

  6. Finally, seal and refrigerate for one day before eating.

  7. On the plate, the color is beautiful, right?
