Raisin snack pack

Raisin snack pack

Overview

Just having porridge for breakfast is not enough! The chef said let’s get some bread, okay, let’s get some small meal bags~~ There are also white sesame seeds and raisins in the kitchen, so it’s convenient - kneading the dough by hand is still quite painful, so the bread machine is brought out again!

Steps

  1. Add milk, eggs, fine sugar and salt to the bread bucket, pour in high-gluten flour and milk powder, dig a hole and bury the yeast; put the bread bucket into the bread machine, start the dough kneading program of the bread machine and knead the dough for 20 minutes, and check whether the dough has expanded.

  2. Add the softened butter and continue kneading the dough for about 20 minutes until the dough comes out; for the first fermentation, I put it in the bread machine for about an hour.

  3. Take out the fermented dough, deflate it, divide it into 8 small balls and roll them into round balls (I grabbed them randomly, but I didn't weigh them so they are uneven), and then let them sit for a while.

  4. Use this free time to wash the raisins, soak them in boiling water, and drain them (my soaking time was slightly longer, which made the finished product taste a bit wet);

  5. Take a small pot and flatten it, wrap it with raisins and close it downward; make the other ones in sequence.

  6. Place the dough into a greased baking pan. One piece of dough was too big, so I randomly shaped it into an oval.

  7. Turn on the fermentation mode of the oven and ferment until doubled in size. You can place a bowl of boiling water under the baking pan to help speed up fermentation.

  8. After the fermentation is completed, take it out (remember to take out the bowl of boiling water as well). Look, it is quite big. Be careful not to touch the surface at this time.

  9. Brush with egg wash.

  11. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees, place the middle rack and bake for 15-20 minutes until the surface is evenly colored. Let the baked bread warm to your hands and then put it in a plastic bag.

  12. When freshly baked, the oven temperature is uneven and the color is darker in the middle and lighter around the edges.

  13. It's well organized. Let's decorate it and post pictures of the finished product.
