Minced Pork Rice Tofu
Overview
I ate fried rice tofu in a store by chance. It tasted very delicious. I went to the vegetable market after get off work yesterday and bought rice tofu and made my own fried tofu. It was really good.

A piece of rice tofu, cut into small pieces.

One piece of ginger, two green chili peppers, and five soaked red chili peppers.

Cut the green chili peppers into small rings and the soaked red chili peppers into small rings.

Marinate the minced meat in soy sauce for ten minutes, add water starch and mix well.

Heat the oil in a pan, add some green garlic sprouts, shredded ginger and green chili and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in the rice tofu and pickled peppers.

Add soy sauce and salt, add a little water, cover the pot and cook the ginger for 5 minutes. During this time, open the pot to check that it does not burn dry.

When the water is boiling a little, add chicken essence and take it out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion and it's done.
