Childlike salty sesame cookies
Overview
I specially made this salty and healthy biscuit with low sugar and oil for my parents. Although they are a little older, it is still important to maintain their childlike innocence. The cartoon-shaped biscuits are not only delicious, but also pleasing to the eye when tasted. The method is very simple, come and try it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First, sift together the cake flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
-
Add corn oil and sugar and mix well.
-
Add the egg mixture and continue mixing evenly.
-
Add the fried black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds and mix well. At this time add appropriate amount of water.
-
Add the sifted flour and knead gently with your hands to form a dough, do not knead for too long. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
-
Divide the relaxed dough into two portions, put each portion into a plastic bag, and roll it into a thin sheet with a thickness of about 0.2cm (it will not taste good if it is too thick).
-
Use a cookie cutter to mold the dough into cute patterns. (The shape is determined according to your own preferences, no matter what the pattern is)
-
There are also cute big-faced cat patterns.
-
Place the pressed dough sheets flat on a baking sheet lined with oil paper, place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees, and bake on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes, until the surface is slightly brown. (Keep an eye on it at all times to avoid burning it. The temperature of each oven is different)

It’s done. Let it cool before eating it and it will taste more crispy~~~
