-
The dough rises until doubled in size and forms a honeycomb shape in the center.
-
Take out the dough, sprinkle with dry flour to prevent sticking, knead the dough completely to deflate, relax slightly, and roll the dough into a thin and even rectangular sheet.
-
First brush with a layer of salad oil, then evenly sprinkle with a layer of salt and pepper powder.
-
Roll up the dough sheet from bottom to top, with the seam facing downwards.
-
Divide the roll into 6 equal parts.
-
Take a dough roll and pinch both ends.
-
Tuck the two ends toward the middle and pinch tightly.
-
Arrange into a circle. Do everything in sequence and relax for 5 minutes.
-
Take a piece of dough and flatten it into a round cake with a thickness of about 1 cm.
-
Apply a little salad oil to the pan, heat it up and add the bread.
-
Fry over low heat until one side is golden, then flip over and continue frying until both sides are golden and the middle is puffed up.
