Haggis Casserole
Overview
Haggis is the general name for sheep offal. Although its nutritional value is not as good as mutton, it is also very popular because of its unique taste and low output. Among them, sheep liver has higher nutritional value. It is rich in vitamin A. Regular consumption can improve eyesight. Because I live close to the Muslim area, I can always buy these haggis. Occasionally, I buy some and reprocess it, which also has a different flavor.
