Wash a piece of duck breast

Cut the duck breast into thin slices, add pepper, soy sauce, sugar, shredded ginger and rice wine and marinate for 10 minutes. Prepare soaked ginger, millet pepper, green onion, wash and cut into sections

Heat oil in a pan, and when the oil is 70% hot, stir-fry duck breast until fragrant
