Stir-fried snow peas with fungus
Overview
Snow peas are also called peas, small cold beans, Huai beans, etc. They are vegetables in the leguminous family that are eaten with tender peas or pods. Snow peas are neutral in nature and sweet in taste. They have some effects such as soothing the middle and lowering qi, promoting urination, and relieving sores. Regular consumption of snow peas has certain curative effects on patients with symptoms such as weak spleen and stomach, distension of the lower abdomen, postpartum lactation, and irritability, heat, and thirst. I personally love cooking with snow peas because of their crunchy texture.
