Zaohua Steamed Buns
Overview
Zaohua steamed buns are the most widely used type of steamed buns, with multiple bases added or dotted on various types of dough. For example, large flower buns stacked together are made during festivals, which are more common in rural areas, but are also seen in cities in recent years; there are also large flower garlands made for children who are over 100 years old (one hundred days old); and for old people to celebrate their birthdays. Zaohua steamed buns are a traditional and atmospheric noodle dish that can be enjoyed steaming.
