Overview
The fish and meat eaten during the Chinese New Year are a bit greasy, so I wanted to mix it with a refreshing side dish. My little master likes enoki mushrooms, which are also called puzzle mushrooms. They are very nutritious. Paired with green bamboo shoots and topped with pepper oil, it is very refreshing!
