Wash the tilapia and cut it a few times to make it easier to taste.

Spread salt, cooking wine, and oyster sauce evenly on the inside and outside of the tilapia

Cut the ginger into shreds, put some in the belly of the fish, and spread some on the fish.

Then drizzle sesame oil evenly. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash the green onions and separate the white ones.

Cut the green onion into flowers, and cut the white green onion diagonally.

Put water in the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, put in the steaming rack, put the tilapia in and steam over high heat for 10 minutes. Then take it out and pour out the steamed water.

Sprinkle the scallions and chopped green onions over the fish.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, then pour in an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce and heat it.

Finally pour it over the fish and it's done.
