Browning the tofu on both sides means frying the tofu until it turns golden on both sides. So I ordered Liangmianhuang, cut the tofu slightly, and simply stir-fry it with leeks, which is nutritious and delicious.

Cut the purchased tofu into thicker slices. Coat evenly with a layer of starch.
