A simple, delicious dish. The most special thing is tofu, which is a kind of frozen tofu, but its texture is completely different from ordinary frozen tofu. It is soft, delicate and elastic.

The tofu is frozen tofu, and I use this kind of boxed firm tofu
-
Cut into small pieces and then freeze, defrost in advance; after freezing, this kind of tofu has a clear texture, soft, thin texture, and sufficient elasticity.
-
Wash the shrimps and cut off the whiskers
-
To pick out the shrimp threads, you can pick out the shrimp threads without peeling them. See the tips below for the method
-
Tofu is placed on the bottom of the plate
-
Coded shrimp
-
Add onion, ginger, seasoning, white pepper and mix in the sauce
-
Steam in a pot
-
It will be ready in about 10 minutes after boiling the pot
-
Take it out and serve it directly. You can also drizzle a little sesame oil on it
-
The frozen tofu has larger holes, enough to "fill up" the soup, so you can imagine the taste.
