Prepare ingredients.

Add an egg, appropriate amount of starch, chopped green onion and ginger, appropriate amount of salt and cooking oil to the beef filling, and stir vigorously in one direction.

Wash the white radish, peel and cut into cubes.

Add water to the pot, and after boiling, put the meatballs into the water. Remember not to stir to prevent the meatballs from falling apart.

After the meatballs are formed, add the white radish, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Add salt to adjust the saltiness.

Serve it out and enjoy. Because I don’t have cilantro at home, I sprinkled some chopped green onion. The cilantro tastes even better!
