Overview
Lactone tofu has a tender, shiny texture and good palatability, and is especially suitable for the elderly and children. My daughter liked this dish very much when she was a child. Now she has improved it and added some hot peppers, which makes it taste even better!

Wash and chop green onions.

Chop the lean meat into mince, slice the garlic, and chop the small pepper.

Serve lactone tofu on a plate.

Pour over light soy sauce and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Add garlic slices and steam over water for about 15 minutes.
