Overview

Knife noodles are also a kind of pasta with local characteristics. Authentic shaved noodles include pork sauce, beef sauce, and vegetarian sauce (the locals call the marinade poured on the noodles saozi); add braised eggs, meatballs, dried tofu, day lily, fungus, etc. I originally made beef sautee, but it wasn’t done well and it didn’t look good in photos. My son’s father made an egg and tomato sauce at the last minute (the noodles were also shaved by my son’s father, which is already a family professional level. Thumbs up).
