Peel the fresh broad beans, boil them in a pot for about 4 minutes, let cool and set aside.

Add a small amount of salt and a small amount of thirteen spices (optional) to the glutinous rice flour, add broad beans and add warm water and mix well (you can also add sugar but not salt for a sweet taste).
