Prepare the ingredients, green onions, red dates, wolfberries, and astragalus

Boil the water, blanch the chicken pieces until the foam comes out, remove and wash

Then pour the chicken into the pressure cooker, add onion knots, red dates, Huang's and ginger slices, cover and press for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for half an hour. When you can open the lid of the pressure cooker, open it and add the wolfberries. (You can also pour the soup into a casserole and simmer for one hour)
