Sandwich Biscuits

Overview

Sandwich cookies made with Kewpie Salad Dressing are delicious and perfect for kids!

Prepare the ingredients and soften the butter at room temperature.
Pour powdered sugar and salt into the softened butter.
Beat with a whisk.
Whip until puffy and pale.
Mix the baking powder and cake flour and sift into the butter.
Add milk.
Mix into dough.
Roll out the dough and place in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
Use the HelloKitty biscuit mold to stamp out the outline
Then use the inner mold to emboss the cartoon pattern, and use the excess surface to make the biscuit shape.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, place it on the middle shelf of the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes until the biscuits are colored. Do not take them out after the power is turned off, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread Kewpie dressing on one of the baked cookies, then cover with another cookie. The sandwich cookies are ready.
