Braised pig's trotters. I braised them with marinade myself (I didn't take a photo of the process), but I never had time to eat them.

Dipping sauce (millet pepper, green pepper, garlic marinated in light soy sauce and vinegar for 1 night).

Wash the celery and cut into sections.

Heat oil in a pan and add braised pig trotters.

Add a little water and cook.

Add the bean paste, salt, and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Cook until the soup dries up, add celery and stir-fry evenly.

The finished product is out of the pot.
