  2. Dipping sauce (millet pepper, green pepper, garlic marinated in light soy sauce and vinegar for 1 night).

  3. Wash the celery and cut into sections.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and add braised pig trotters.

  5. Add a little water and cook.

  6. Add the bean paste, salt, and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
